Q: Who is Swissphone?

Swissphone is the leading paging manufacturer in Europe and has been in business since 1969 producing alarming equipment and network systems for emergency professionals. 

Q: Will the Swissphone pagers work on our system?

Yes. There is nothing additional that you or your department would need to do to utilize Swissphone pagers.  Our pagers will work seamlessly alongside your current pager fleet.

Q: If something happens to my pager where can I get service/ repairs?

Swissphone has a factory authorized warranty repair center in Windsor, CO. Please call 1 (800) 596-1914 ext 2 with all of your technical questions.

Q: How many frequencies will the Swissphone pager hold?

Swissphone RE629 & RE729 multi-channel pagers will hold up to 50 individual frequencies.

Q: Will the pager scan multiple frequencies?

Yes, but Swissphone does not recommend that you put more than 3 or 4 frequencies in your scan list if you are attempting to receive pages on the unit.

Q: How many sets of tones will the pager hold?

The pager will accept up to 32 sets of the 2-Tone alert codes.
